Paula Shoyer graduated from the Ritz Escoffier pastry program in Paris and teaches French and Jewish baking classes in the Washington, D.C. area, and conducts baking demonstrations across North America. She is a contributing editor to kosherscoop.com, Joy of Kosher with Jamie Geller, Whisk, Hadassah Magazine, and has appeared on major TV cooking shows. Paula is the author of The New Passover Menu, The Holiday Kosher Baker and The Healthy Jewish Kitchen as well as other cookbooks. She lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
